Returns Refunds and Exchanges:
Please contact us for return approval before returning an item. Request for return approval must be made within 14 days of receiving an item. After approval we will provide instructions and expedite your return process. Refunds will be issued once items are received by us. Refunds on shipping charges will be at our discretion and in general will not be given.
Computer screens can distort the shade of a fabric, if you purchased fabric and it simply isn't the "shade" you thought, it will not warranty a return/refund.
Refunds for approved returns will be given in the same method as the original payment was made or as a store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We inspect all fabric prior to shipping to ensure there are no flaws, shipping damages are not the responsibility of the seller.
If we send you an incorrect item, we will correct it, be it a refund or an exchange.
You also will be contacted if there is a problem/shortage/with your order and what solutions are available. The choice is then yours as to what to do, cancel/refund-replacement-wait for shipment etc.
Sale items may not be returned.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
Promo Codes and Coupons:
Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts and/or promotions.Only one promo code may be used per order. Some exclusions may apply. Each promo code is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer. Promo codes are subject to product availability.
We only ship within the continental US.
We ship via USPS and UPS; you will receive shipping carrier and order tracking information for your order via email.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order.
Flat rate USPS shipping is available on most orders
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from our shop in New Hampshire. Actual delivery time will vary based on shipping method and destination.
GENERAL BOM INFORMATION
All BOM members pay a non refundable sign up fee for each BOM program in which they are participating . Credit cards will be held in a secure file. Please be sure the card you give us has an expiration date beyond the end of your program, or call us with a new number when needed. No blocks will be available to pick up early nor will they be mailed out early before the assigned day.
When you sign up for any BOM program, the entire year’s worth of patterns, fabric and/or supply purchases by our shop is allocated to you. That means we have already incurred the expense. There are no cancellations! Your card on file will be charged each month.
If you are from out of town and you desire to receive your BOM by mail an extra shipping cost of $8 will be add to your monthly payment.
All members are expected to review their packets each month to be sure they have received everything they should have.
