Solare Block of the Month begins January 2023

Here is another stunning block of the month featuring Northcott‘s Banyan Batiks! This stunner is designed by Mimi Hollenbaugh and Pat Syta of Bound To Be Quilting.

The Solare BOM pattern has multiple blocks that are a little more challenging, but wouldn’t be considered difficult. We think this quilt will appeal to “intermediate” quilters. 

As well, use your leftover fabric to make a bonus companion block that is 24” x 24”. Use it as a throw pillow or turn it into a wall hanging. Complete instructions are included in the pattern.

Your kit includes pattern, all fabrics and binding to finish your quilt top.  

Exclusive Tutorials:  QR code allowing access to exclusive monthly tutorials will be included on the back cover of the BOM pattern, providing access to shops and consumers participating in the program. A tutorial will also be included for the bonus ‘Companion Block’ project.

The block of the month costs $35 per month plus $8 shipping costs for 12 months, 

You will receive the pattern and all the original fabrics to complete the quilt top and binding as pictured. 

Solare Block of the month program will start in January 2023 and will ship around the end of each month.

Participation in the BOM also makes you eligible to attend our BOM Sew Along sessions at the shop.

We know that sometimes completing this program is hard, for this reason we are giving you the opportunity to “Sit and Sew” in our classroom space with peer support and technical assistance available when necessary, for $10, this price is for sewing space for 4 hours and the best is that price includes the use of one of our brand new Brother sewing machines, must be scheduled in advance.
